How reviews work: You must be signed in with a confirmed email address, and each account can post one review. We never buy, commission, incentivize, or edit reviews, and we never remove a review just because it's critical. A person reads every review before it goes live, and edits go through the same process. Reviews appear newest first with the date posted. We don't rank, filter, or hide them based on rating or sentiment.
We verify that every reviewer has an account tied to a confirmed email address. We do not separately verify that a reviewer generated a package, so we do not call these reviews "verified purchases."
We hide only illegal content, spam, abuse, and off-topic posts. Critical or negative feedback stays published when it follows those rules.
