Terms of use
Terms
1. Scope and description of the service.
Tattoo Pack is a free online service provided electronically by Alex Vasilevko, a sole proprietor, NIP 7972058054, ul. Orzechowa 4, 55-093 Brzezia Łąka, Poland. It turns an image you upload into a printable tattoo prep package (palette sheet, ink breakdown, ink map, and tone maps) and, on request, generates a stencil using a third-party AI model. The service is provided free of charge, without any guarantee of availability, capacity, or turnaround time, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
2. Technical requirements.
You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date version of a major browser with JavaScript, cookies and IndexedDB enabled, and an email address you control. Images must be PNG, JPEG or WebP and no larger than 25 MB. Disabling browser storage will prevent sign-in and one-click stencil generation.
3. Formation and termination of the contract.
The contract for the service begins when you start using the site, and the contract for an account begins when you confirm the six-digit code sent to your email. It continues indefinitely, and either party may terminate it at any time with immediate effect: you by deleting your account on the Account page or by stopping use of the service; us by notifying you by email, for cause, if you breach these Terms.
4. Prohibition on unlawful content.
You must not supply unlawful content. Do not upload or submit content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or personality rights; depicts recognizable, identifiable people without their permission; contains licensed characters or third-party logos; or is sexual, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful under Polish or EU law. You warrant that you hold all rights and client permissions needed for anything you submit, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your submissions.
5. License for public examples.
If you opt in to the gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to display the permitted derived sheets on this site as a public example for as long as your consent lasts. Your original upload is never published. The license ends automatically when you withdraw consent, and we will unpublish and delete the stored example.
6. Content moderation and restrictions (DSA art. 14).
We review every gallery submission and every review before publication and may reject, hide or remove content that violates Section 4 or our content policy. The controller handles moderation manually; automated filters only block spam and contact details. We apply these restrictions diligently, objectively and proportionately, with regard to your fundamental rights, and we do not remove content merely because it is critical of the service.
7. Notice and action; statement of reasons (DSA art. 16 and 17).
Anyone may report allegedly illegal or noncompliant content using the report link next to each item or by emailing help@alex666cold.com with the URL, a description of the problem and their contact details. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and inform the reporter of the outcome. If we remove, hide or restrict content you submitted, we will send you a statement of reasons identifying the content, the ground relied on, the facts used and how to contest the decision, which you can do by replying to that email. As a micro-enterprise we are exempt under DSA art. 19 from the Section 3 obligations (internal complaint-handling system, out-of-court dispute settlement, transparency reporting), but we will still reconsider any decision you contest.
8. Complaints procedure.
You may send complaints about the service, an account, or a moderation decision to help@alex666cold.com. Include your account email, a description of the issue, and the remedy you seek. We will respond to the email address provided within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
9. Donations.
Donations are made through an external Stripe Payment Link and are voluntary support for the free tier. They are not payment for the service and do not provide additional functionality, resolution, quota, priority or support. They are neither a purchase nor a charitable donation under Polish law and do not qualify for a tax deduction. Because nothing is supplied in return, donations are nonrefundable except where mandatory law or Stripe's own procedures provide otherwise; if you donated by mistake, write to help@alex666cold.com.
10. Liability, changes and applicable law.
The service is provided free of charge and "as is"; we give no warranty as to accuracy, print quality, color fidelity, or stencil results, and our liability is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, with statutory consumer rights unaffected. Results are AI-assisted and must be checked by the artist before use on skin. We may amend these Terms by publishing a dated new version here and, for registered users, notifying the account email at least 14 days in advance; continued use after that date means acceptance. Polish law applies; consumers and one-person entrepreneurs retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Single point of contact.
For notices, complaints and for communications from Member State authorities, the Commission and the Board under the Digital Services Act, write to help@alex666cold.com. This is our single electronic point of contact for both users and authorities. We handle correspondence in Polish and English. We are established in Poland and, as a micro-enterprise, are exempt under Article 19 DSA from the obligations in Articles 20–28; Articles 16, 17 and 18 apply to us in full.
